Equipping
To multiply disciples of Christ among all people, our Christian Education department commits to help every believer to be rooted in the Word, mature in Christ and minister in the church body and to the community.

That's why at CEFC, we offer many different Sunday school classes and seminar training. Our goal is to equip all of us to do His good work. Our Sunday school classes are designed based on four track model: Know Christ, grow in Christ, committing to ministry, committing to witnessing.

Find a class or seminar that meet the need of your spiritual journey.

Devotional Bible Reading
We encourage all believers to read the Bible daily. This is not a command or a duty; it is a way for Christians to experience God's loving presence.

Why read the Bible daily?

We believe the Bible is the Word of God that reveals everything that we need to know to experience a renewed relationship with God. When we read God's Word prayerfully and reflectively, the Holy Spirit moves in our hearts in different ways. Sometimes, we're moved to worship God's majesty. Other times we may confess a sin that we're seeing in all its ugliness. Some times, we rest confident in the knowledge that God loves us. These are just a few examples of countless possibilities.

Some believers ask, "Why read daily? I already heard that Bible story before" or "I know that already." The beauty of reading the Bible daily and prayerfully is that even though the Bible is the same day after day, we are not the same day after day. We bring new situations, feelings, thoughts, experiences and prayers into our reading and the Holy Spirit can show us new depths, insights, and convictions from the very same Bible.

The best reason though comes from the Bible itself: "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work" (2 Tim 3:16-17).

How should I read the Bible?
