| What we believe about Marriage
|
| Marriage is a public covenant instituted by God between one man and one woman to be united for their mutual joy; for the help and comfort given one another in prosperity and adversity; and, when it is God's will, for the procreation of children.

| Marriage was first instituted by God in the early chapters of Genesis, codified in the Mosaic Law, and upheld by the Old Testament prophets as a model of the covenant relationship between God and his people. The Lord Jesus Christ affirms the sanctity of marriage in the Four Gospels and several New Testament epistles give explicit instruction on this union that magnifies its worth as a reflection of the union between Jesus Christ and the Church. As such, Chinese Evangelical Free Church views marriage as a profound spiritual institution established by God.

| Getting married at CEFC

| We rejoice with you as you prepare for marriage. We thank God for the marvelous gift of love and for the sacred place which God has given marriage. If you choose our church as your ceremony site, we hope to help make your wedding experience as beautiful and meaningful as possible.

| To begin the Reservation Process
|
- To ensure availability, please reserve your wedding day as soon as possible. Contact our church administrator at (626) 570-8971 ext. 102, to begin the reservation process. (Wedding reservations must be finalized at least 3 months prior to the wedding day.)
- A wedding liaison will contact you to set up an appointment. The wedding liaison will give you a tour of the church facilities, and pertinent information and forms. He/She will also help answer your questions about having your wedding at CEFC.
